What is the return policy?
Palmetto Bed Swings are custom made to order. Each swing is designed based on customer's personal design preferences, therefore we cannot accept returns.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, Palmetto Bed Swing Company stands behind our product with a one year warranty.
What if my space is not covered?
Palmetto Bed Swings are custom made with pressure treated wood (pine) or cedar and durable Sunbrella® fabric - it is water resistant, but not waterproof. To preserve the longevity of your swing/cushions, it is recommended that you use a water proof swing cover.
What does my swing hang from?
We recommend a 2 x 6 stud minimum for securing your swing.
How much weight will my swing hold?
800-1000 pounds.
Are the cushion covers “ washing machine” safe?

Does it come pre-assembled?
Yes. Your Bed Swing will arrive fully assembled if delivered or picked up in 4-6 weeks and 5-7 weeks if freight shipping is required.
Is my Palmetto Bed Swing hard to install?
We recommend using a licensed contractor to verify your structure is safe and for installations.
